I’m real, approachable and non-judgemental. I’m also human, just like you, and I don't think therapy should be some clinical, sterile experience.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR). However, sessions will be tailored according to the individual.
I believe that each person is the expert of their own life and has their own unique story. Through telling your personal narrative, we can work together to make positive, meaningful changes in your life.
